Individual units of the rose ring are made up of one Thred Line form filled with a border/line;stitch length 2 mm. This image shows one unit in the screen, with the center mark around which I duplicated the unit 8 times, using "Edit/Rotate and Duplicate". Before I could duplicate it into a ring, I needed to make two of the units and check the fit. They did not fit together exactly as I wanted,so I moved form points until they did, and then deleted one. The remaining unit is the one I used to create the ring. Select the form, then "Edit/Set/Rotation/segments" and type 8 into the blank. The program will tell you how many will fit if you choose "Edit/Set/Rotation/Angle from Mark". If you need to see the Thred screen to follow this path click here , but it's a large image and may load slowly. You will also want to make sure the forms ending point and the beginning point of the prior form meet to avoid jump stitches. |
